You can access your account information by phone any time you need it, by calling DIAL, your 24-hour teller. This easy-to-use service is free of charge, and all you need is your member number and DIAL access code.

DIAL (Direct Information Access Line)

1. Using a touch-tone phone, enter your MEMBER NUMBER then press the POUND SYMBOL (#).
2. Enter your ACCESS CODE (PIN) then press the POUND SYMBOL (#). If you do not have an ACCESS CODE please contact us.
3. You have TWO OPTIONS for accessing your information:
   1. Follow the MENU PROMPTS to continue accessing your account information.
   2. Use SERVICE CODES - change your profile by PRESSING 7, 2, AND THEN 2 again on the keypad. You will then be prompted to CONFIRM the profile change by PRESSING 1. Now you are ready to begin using the Service Codes.
   
   
   CURRENT MEMBERS WITH 5 DIGIT PIN NUMBERS

   When you enter your member number you will hear the following message if you have an ACCESS CODE (PIN) number larger than 4 digits:

   ''Thank you for using DIAL. You will be required to enter your new 4 digit ACCESS CODE now.''

   You will need to enter a 4 DIGIT NUMBER OF YOUR CHOICE. This number will be your ACCESS CODE for future inquiries. You will then be prompted to enter your SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER followed by the POUND SYMBOL (#) for verification.

   At this point you may begin to use service codes or default to the voice prompts.
