First Time User Instructions
If you would like to take advantage of our FREE Online
Banking service, follow the instructions below.
(If you are already enrolled in Online Banking, and would like
to enroll in Bill Payment, skip to the Bill Payment section below.)
- Go to the PCFCU internet site home page -- www.parkfcu.org.
- In the Online Banking Login section, type your member number
in the Username field. (Note: If your member number begins
with a zero, omit ALL leading zeros.)
- Type your password then click the Login button.
Note: All passwords are case sensitive. If you don't know
your password, contact your local
branch and we will be happy to assist you.

Upon signing up for our Online Banking service, you may sign
up for our eStatement service. Enrollment in eStatements allows
you to receive your statement by e-mail, which means you
will receive your statement in the first week of the month
instead of waiting for the mail.
Contact one
of our friendly Member Service Representatives to enroll.

- Log in to Online Banking.
- From the Bill Payment menu, click "Bill Payment Registration".
- Click to check the box beside "Sign me up for Bill Payment".
- Click the Continue button.
- Read the disclosure then click to check the box beside "Accept".
- Click the Continue button at the bottom of the page. (You
must accept the disclosure to continue.)
- Continue to follow the instructions to complete your registration.
The application form is electronically forwarded to Park Community
FCU. You will receive e-mail notification of your application
status within 2-3 business days. If approved, you may begin
using bill payment within 3-5 business days, after receiving
your Personal ID and security code.
